Kirksey Architects
Kirksey is a CADeshack premier client with over 100 people located in
Houston Texas. CADeshack and Graphisoft transitioned this firm from 2D computer
drafting to the robust BIM approach using ArchiCAD over the last ten years.
Kirksey is an architectural design firm specializing in
architecture, interior design, master planning and sustainable design &
consulting, Kirksey has rapidly expanded in the national and global
marketplaces. What began as a small commercial architecture firm in 1971 has
evolved into a diverse organization of 11 focused practice groups—Commercial,

Satterfield & Pontikes Construction
S&P Construction is another CADeshack premier client ranked in the top
ten contractors in Houston, Texas. S&P uses ArchiCAD and Constructor on their
projects and are a leading contractor using this technology. S&P has grown
consistently both in size and reputation, and with more than 350 employees
operating from offices in Texas and Louisiana, serves the Gulf Coast as well as
most states across the country.
Satterfield & Pontikes initiated the integration between
Kirksey on their own Office Building Project - Westway One, so they could work
together to establish a BIM-based, replicable manufacturing process across the
various stages of project programming, design and construction. By structuring
the project around a design-build team consisting of the owner, general
contractor, architect, structural engineer, MEP and selected subcontractors,
ArchiCAD's 3D modeling tools were used to better coordinate, communicate,
document and construct the three-story office building.
Southern Land Company
Southern Land Company came to CADeshack in 2007 to transform their 2D process
technology into the robust 3D with data format of ArchiCAD and Constructor.
Southern Land Company is another CADeshack premier client located in Franklin
(Nashville area) TN.
Over the past 20 years, Southern Land Company has built a reputation for
impeccable design detail and skilled construction practices. The company is
known and well respected for its perseverance to produce a product that
surpasses the needs of clients and provides effective long-term investment
value.
Southern Land Company has completed or is in the process of developing 17
communities with a total investment value of $1.7 billion. Vertically
integrated, the company employs over 200 professionals in the fields of
architecture, land planning, horticulture, construction and engineering,

O'Neill Hill And Associates
O'Neill Hill and associates selected CADeshack as their technology partner
when the company was formed in Houston in 1997. Today O'Neill Hill has a proven
track record of design excellence with a main focus on Interior Design. OHA
clients are active collaborators in the design process which distinguishes
O'Neill Hill and Associates like no other firm that offers design creativity of
a very large organization without the bulk. OHA have offices in Houston and
Dallas.
McCleary German Architects
CADeshack has worked with McCleary German Architects as their technology
partner for over ten years.
MGA
specializes in financial facility design. Based in Houston and working
throughout the U.S. they have completed over 700 financial projects in the past
thirty years. MGA is the only architects endorsed by IBAT Services, Inc. Their
primary clientele are independent banks, thrifts, & credit unions.
Orren Pickell Designers & Builders
Orren Pickell Designers and Builders has been a long time CADeshack client
based in the Chicago area. Orren Pickell are designers and builders of fine
luxury homes in Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Western Michigan.
In 2006 Orren Pickell Designers & Builders took home
nine "Key Awards for Excellence" and has won the "Crystal Key Award
for Innovation" six times. Custom Home magazine named Orren Pickell
"Americas Custom Builder of the Year"
and presented Orren Pickell with the "Pacesetter Award for Innovation."
Enbridge
CADeshack provides RSI/FM to Enbridge to assist in their facility management
of their Houston operations consisting of over 250,000 sf of corporate office
space. Enbridge operates, in Canada and the U.S., the world's longest crude oil
and liquids pipeline system. The company employs more than 5,000 people,
primarily in Canada, the U.S. and South America. At Enbridge, strategic planning
and succession planning are ongoing processes that have positioned the company
well for continued growth. This approach led Enbridge to CADeshack and Resource
Studios Inc. Facility Management solution - RSI/FM.
